Delivery Timelines:
- In-stock items: 7–14 business days
- Custom/made-to-order items: 4–8 weeks
- Delhi NCR: 3–7 business days for in-stock items

Shipping Charges:
- Standard shipping charges apply below threshold (calculated at checkout)

Delivery Process:
- You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
- Our team will call to schedule delivery for large furniture items.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery.

Damaged in Transit:
- Inspect items at delivery. Note any damage on the delivery receipt.
- Report damage within 48 hours with photos to [your-email].
