Orders:
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.

Custom Orders:
- Custom furniture orders require 50% advance payment.
- Lead time is 4–8 weeks depending on the product.
- Cancellations on custom orders are not accepted after production begins.

Intellectual Property:
- All content on this site (images, text, designs) is owned by Ardas Interior.
- Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability:
- Ardas Interior is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.

Governing Law:
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
